Return Policy

We've all found ourselves in a situation where we realize we've purchased the wrong item, or the size, the color or the style just isn't going to work for us. We understand.  We also understand that it may be difficult to find the time to return an item after having a new baby.  Therefore we offer a 3 month right of return on all unused and unwashed items free from foreign smells, marks or objects (such as animal hair or dirt). Breast pumps must still be sealed in the original packaging and nursing bras must have the tags attached (for hygiene reasons).  Depending on your situation we will happily replace or give you a store credit for use either online or in our shop. Please note postage or pick up/drop off is your responsibility both to and from Mother Nurture.  Upon receipt of your item, we will return the purchase price of the item to the method of payment you used for the original purchase. A copy of your receipt must be included with all returns.

All unused products may be returned to the store for any reason. 

If mailing your return, contact us to ensure we are able to return yur goods.  Remember to always include your name, e-mail, telephone number, address, postage details and a receipt when you return your package.  If you would like to exchange your item for another, include specific detais for the replacement items.

We do not accept responsibility for items missing in the mail, so please chose delivery confirmation or insurance when mailing a return for your own protection. 

We strive to provide excellent customer service.  So, please do not be shy to ask for our help in using any of our products before deciding that they do not work for you.

Payments

We accept Cash, Check, Master Card and Visa.  The return check fee is $25.

Supporting Work-At-Home Moms

We want to support work-at-home Moms (WAHMs) by providing them with an outlet to sell their hand-made items.  If you're a local Mom and make something pertaining to expectant or new families, we invite you to become one of our WAHMs.  To learn more about becoming a WAHM and meet our current WAHMs, click here.

Gift Bag Recycle Program

You'll never be able to reuse all of those gift bags you get at your shower.  Drop them off at Mother Nurture and we will use them for our shopping bags.  Help save the planet and save someone else from having to purchase a gift bag when they buy their baby gifts at Mother Nurture!
