It's patriotic to keep your dollars in the United States economy.

Manufacturing products overseas has tremendous global and economic effects on our world, economy and our children's future.  By purchasing products in the USA you are supporting a larger cause. This means we support keeping jobs right here in the good ol' USA. Additionally, the global impact of purchasing products made overseas is huge. Factor in the cost of poor working conditions, low wages and pollutions which are powerful both on our earth and our children's future. 

One of the best ways to stimulate and grow our economy is by buying products that are manufactured in the USA.  This ensures that the product is made of safe, quality materials and that workers are paid well and treated fairly.  Think about it, if it's cheaper to have a product made and shipped from China very little of the money you spent went to the factory worker.  Most of it is spent on shipping, customs taxes, translators and other services required to manufacture a good overseas.  This artificially suppresses the value of goods.  Let's face it the factory worker isn't getting rich off this deal and the economy of the overseas country isn't exactly being stimulated by the low pay.  The only people making money on the deal are the overpaid executives of the big box stores.  Since the goods are cheaply made, you spend more money in the long run replacing it when it breaks or no longer works (again, putting more money in the executive's pockets).
